  1. Can Aspila EX / Topaz accommodate DID Trunk?
    Yes, Aspila EX supports ISDN PRI DID Trunk / Topaz supports ISDN BRI MSN only.
  1. Can I connect cordless phone (analog phone) to Aspila EX / Topaz?
    Yes. The cordless phone can be connected to the extension port as one of system extension.
  1. Can I have Alarm setting every working day?
    Yes. There are 2 types of Alarm setting. Alarm 1 : sound only 1 time at preset time Alarm 2 : sound everyday at preset time
  1. Does Aspila EX / Topaz support Caller-ID SLT (Analog Telephone)?
    Yes. Both models can transmit Caller-ID data to the Analog Caller-ID Telephone.
  1. How do I adjust the Speaker and Handset volume at the Key TEL?
    Speaker - During SPK is “On”, press “VOL Up/Down “Keys. Handset - During using Handset, press “VOL Up/Down” Keys.
  1. How many ABB dials can I register in Aspila EX / Topaz?
    Up to 2000 destinations (TEL No. & Name) for Common/Group ABB can be registered in Aspila EX / Topaz.
  1. How many conference resources are available?
    There are 32 conference resources in Topaz. There are 64 conference resources in Aspila EX (32 channels x 2 blocks).
  1. How many voice paths do VRS / Voicemail have?
    VRS model CF-A0 is 4 Voice Paths. VRS model CF-A1 is 16 Voice Paths. VRS/Voicemail model CF-B1 is 16 Voice Paths. However, up to 8 users can record the message at the same time.
  1. Is there any extension port required for VRS/Voicemail?
    No. In case of Aspila EX / Topaz, VRS/Voicemail is integrated in the system.
  1. What is Remote Conference?
    Remote Conference allows extension users and/or outside callers to join in a conference by dialing the pilot number of a conference circuit. Aspila Ex / Topaz support remote conference feature.
  1. What is the capacity of “Call List” for Caller-ID?
    Each Aspila EX KTS has 50 answered/abandoned call memories. Each Aspila Topaz KTS has 20 answered/abandoned call memories.
  1. What is the specification of Voicemail system?
    300 Mail boxes, 512 MB memory, 15 hours voice storage.
